You need to make sure you are logged into your account or that you tell the sales associate your loyalty program details for your purchases to be added to your account.

Upon the return of an item, the spend amount applied to your tier status for the original purchase will be deducted from your account. This may result in a change to your Tier status and corresponding rewards.

Yes, your loyalty benefits and rewards will expire on December 31st of each calendar year. The program resets each January 1st. Make sure to use your rewards before their expiration date to make the most of them.

At check-out, please select ‘Express (2-3 Business Days)’ under ‘Shipping Methods’. Complimentary Express 2-Day Shipping is offered on purchases of $100.00 or more.
